Dat-inf Color Analysis
Introduction
Dat-inf Color Analysis analyzes image data by detecting and isolating color-similar regions in an image using configurable color parameters. You can select a color region to define specific color ranges. With the weighting settings, each color range can be expanded or reduced.
The software then analyzes the color regions and calculates the area of each color-similar segment as a group. Optionally, you can set a scale for the image to obtain accurate size values.
Example use cases:
- In quality control: measuring contamination and determining the size of paint defects or corrosion.
- In scientific analysis: investigating the spread of specific color patterns in biological or technical materials.
This software is versatile and can be used wherever identifying and quantifying colors matters.
