Introduction
Image Overlay is used to precisely overlay two images. With adjustable transparency, you can quickly and clearly identify differences in otherwise similar scenes. The automatic overlay function aligns images in moments, and an intelligent difference feature helps you systematically search for deviations.
Use cases
Image overlays with Image Overlay are ideal for finding differences in digital images or demonstrating matches – for example in before/after comparisons, follow-up checks, or quality inspection.
Image Overlay was originally developed for medical applications, especially to document changes over time. Wherever no specialized software is available and differences or changes need to be visualized clearly, Image Overlay can be an efficient solution.
